United States:
All candles and crytals ship safely with lots of bubble wrap and pink fragile stickers all over the box! Orders can take anywhere from 1-10 days to be packed and dropped off at the post office!
Orders will always be shipped with a valid tracking number. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after being dropped off at the post office.
If you need your order by a certain date, reach out to me via Instagram and I will do my best to go over options with you to make it happen.
Arizona:
I offer local in store pick-up for anyone in Arizona during my normal business hours. Use the code HIVE16 at checkout to skip the shipping fee.
If you forget to add the code to checkout but come in to pick-up your order I will refund it back to your card on file.
International shipping:
International shipping rates vary by country and can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to be delivered. These will always include a tracking number. Shipping costs outside of the US are determined on the size, weight and how far away you are. If you are looking to place an order outside of the US, please send me a message on Instagram or [email protected] regarding each item you would like to purchase and your shipping address so I can get an estimated shipping cost together for you. (International shipping includes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and any other country outside of the United States.)

I do my best to pack each item very carefully with lots of cushion, however orders can sometimes arrive damaged. This is not a common issue with flickmywickk but it happens every once in a while. As soon as your order leaves the post office it is completely out of my hands. If your parcel arrives damaged please reach out to the shipping carrier provided (USPS or UPS) using your tracking number and they will help you file a claim. Be sure to KEEP your items and take plenty of photos of the inside and outside of the box!
Flickmywickk is not responsible for lost or stolen items.I believe in reusing perfectly good shipping materials so orders may show up in a random box, for example: a cardboard soy sauce box or a bulk popcorn box. This is not only better for the planet but it helps keep the cost of shipping down for both you and I :)
