Hi! My name is Jayde, and I was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona.

My love for candles started when I was young. My mom always had a candle burning, and I’ll never forget the sweet smell of vanilla making our house feel warm and inviting. In my early twenties, after moving into my first apartment, I knew that I wanted that same feeling in my own space. I noticed that many candles would either lose their scent after just a few burns or trigger my allergies. These two things alone inspired me to create one better.

Two weeks after moving into my apartment, I lost my job to the pandemic. At this point, I realized I had nothing but time, a dream, and a love for candles. I spent countless late nights researching candle making, learning about different waxes, fragrances, wicks, and techniques. Somewhere along the way, I discovered just how many mass-produced candles contain ingredients I personally didn't want to burn in my home. After weeks of testing, trial and error, I finally created a candle I was truly proud of. A candle that burns clean, smells amazing from the first burn to the last, and fills a room without giving me headaches or making my eyes water.

The funniest part about all of this is that I never planned on starting a candle business. At the time, I was just trying to create the perfect candle for myself and my roommate. What began as a little hobby quickly turned into something so much bigger. Creating beautiful, intentionally made candles that I feel confident sharing with others has become my full-time passion. The friendships, opportunities, and experiences this little business has brought into my life have been more than I ever imagined, and I wouldn't trade them for the world. On June 16, 2020, my business was born.     Today, every candle is hand-poured with intention using an all-natural coconut wax blend, sustainably sourced wood wicks, and phthalate + paraben-free fragrances. I love sourcing unique vintage and thrifted containers from antique shops and thrift stores around the Valley, making lots of my candles one of a kind. I even offer candle refills so your favorite vessel can be enjoyed again, again and... again!
